Check out this article on Read Street, the Baltimore Sun’s book blog. I’m still digesting it and don’t really know how to articulate what I feel about the idea. The idea of books being done away with makes me want to weep, and yet I keep thinking about how the things I know and love today are that way because they changed. But the thing about books is that they’ve been around in more or less the same form for so long that the thought of losing them is particularly sad.
